A ONE-DAY experience for pastors, staff, and volunteer leaders seeking practical coaching, team-building, and ministry networking.

THEME: DON'T COME DOWN

I am doing a great work and I cannot come down.”

Nehemiah 6:3

Ministry is filled with incredible opportunities as well as intense challenges. Both can leave leaders feeling overwhelmed or under resourced.

The book of Nehemiah offers a powerful reminder that with a clear vision, unwavering dedication, and a strong dependence upon God what seems impossible is possible!

New Hope Church

Tim Liston is the founding pastor of New Hope Church, and a graduate of Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri. It has now grown into a church averaging over 10,000 people across five campuses each weekend.

Tim has a heart for pastors and wants to encourage those who do the tough work of ministry day in and day out. The Equip & Encourage Conference was born out of that desire. Tim and Jane have three adult children and two amazing grandsons.
