The Equip and Encourage conference is for Lead Pastors, Staff Members, and Key Volunteers of churches big and small. Whether you are looking for practical ideas, want to meet like-minded people, need to recharge, or want to peek behind the scenes of one of our New Hope ministry teams, this conference has something for every ministry role in the church.

The ticket price includes all meals and snacks (breakfast, lunch, dinner), 2 Main Sessions, 3 Elective Breakouts, the opportunity to Shadow a ministry team, as well as all Content once the conference is over.

Yes! Your team will have the chance to watch New Hope Church in action during the Thursday night service. Show up at 6:00 PM for a brief overview and shadow the ministry team of your choice during the 7:00 PM service.

Yes! We know in ministry every dollar counts. If for some reason you are not able to attend we will refund the full amount.

We want you to be comfortable, so you can wear whatever you like. Some of our rooms do tend to be a little chilly, so feel free to bring a light jacket or sweater.
