FIRST TIME VISITORS

We look forward to meeting your family! Hope Friends is a ministry to individuals with special needs.

Arrival
When you arrive inside a campus look for the Tailgate, a welcome area with green astroturf.  The Tailgate is a designated area for first time families to get registered at New Hope Church. 

Registration & Check-In:
At the Tailgate, you will be guided through a quick registration process, receive a special gift, and be escorted to the children’s area where a greeter will assist with the quick check-in process.

*For tours of Hope Friends, please visit the New Hope Kids Guest Service area at any campus.

SAFETY

Safety is our top priority! 

Identification Tags
At check-in, you will receive matching identification tags for you and your student that are exclusive to your family and visit.  This tag allows our team to identify your student and adults approved to pick them up.  Your student will be released only to an adult with the matching identification tag. 

Team Members
New Hope Friends volunteer and staff team members are background checked and trained on safety. We strive to provide a safe, fun environment for students to learn about Jesus! We want your student to feel safe at church while being cared for. Therefore, should your student need you during service, you will be notified by text.
