To KNow Christ and Make him known

At Revive, our learning journey centers around Matthew 28:18-20, often referred to as "The Great Commission." In these verses, Jesus imparts a powerful mission to His followers, instructing them to go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything He has commanded.

Key Verse: Matthew 28:18-20 (NIV) "Then Jesus came to them and said, 'All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.'"

Our Mission Statement: To Know Christ And To Make Him Known

What We Are Learning:

  1. Knowing Christ: Our focus is on deepening our understanding of Christ, His teachings, and His transformative power in our lives. Through worship, intentional time with the Lord, and engaging sermons, we aim to cultivate a personal relationship with Jesus.

  2. Making Him Known: Inspired by The Great Commission, we are called to share the love and message of Christ with others. Through intentional conversations, acts of kindness, and embodying the teachings of Jesus, we strive to make Him known in our communities and beyond.

Our Approach:

  1. Biblical Exploration: We delve into the verses of Matthew 28:18-20, exploring the context, significance, and practical applications of The Great Commission in our lives.

  2. Practical Application: Beyond theoretical understanding, we encourage participants to actively apply these teachings in their daily interactions, fostering a commitment to share the love of Christ with those around them.

At Revive, our learning focus goes beyond knowledge; it's about experiencing the transformative power of the Great Commission, embodying our motto to "know Christ and to make Him known" in every aspect of our lives.
